You want what doesn't exist as far as I know.
If you have a flat bed scanner you can scan the page and
print a transprarency from the scan. You can make a negative
or change color to monochrome as needed.
All the planetarium software I know about will let you print
a copy of the plot, and you can make field notes on that.
It seems to be a great deal of trouble with no benefit to
match a particular star atlas.
