How are you ever going to explain that no seasonal variations in
daylight/darkness occur at the Equator using variable axial/Equatorial
inclination to the Sun ?
If I grab a globe by two opposite points on the equator, then I can
tilt it so as to change the orientation of the polar axis. So two
fixed points divide the equator into half regardless of tilt.
,better still, how are you going to manage to
ignore an observation showing a 360 degree motion intrinsic to the
planet with respect to the central Sun -

We don't ignore the fact that there is a 360 degree motion with
respect to the Sun; what do you mean by that? A daily motion for the
natural noon cycle, or an annual one?
