Ray,
Somehow I lost my access to Astromart. After reading a number of
posts, I believe you sometime don't get emals sent to your
support@astomart account. (?) I'm aware that you monitor this
newsgroup and I ask that you respond via my personal email account. My
email address is available from my AM account. Thanks.
To Ray: If I violated any terms or conditions, I humbly apologize. I
generally don't use the forums on Astromart very much, instead using
Yahoo or Cloudy Nights, which have much different TOS. Please email me
and point out what I did and what I can do to remedy the situation.
On a side note, I've seen the derogatory posts about you on various
forums. I for one, have never experienced the type of behavor they
quote and when asked why I do business with Anacortes, I actually
defend you. To you and your staff, thank you for treating me well for
all these years. Since the demise of Pocono Optics (which was within
easy driving distance) you have been my first choice for business. I
believe I've spent in excess of $10,000 at Anacortes and have
mentioned you in a kind way to countless people I see at the 4-5 star
parties I go to yearly. I've been doing that since I place my first
order back int he mid-nineties. I've bought my at least 2 ccd cameras
plus accessories, a $3000 GT1-HD mount, eyepieces, a couple
telescopes, etc. Overall your people are very knowlegeable and have
even talked me out of making costly mistakes. I really appreciate it.
So please get back to me. Astromart is still the best classified
source for astro stuff.
Thanks,
Tom Picciani
