Whatever that's supposed to mean. A simple Google search will reveal the
problems faced by a population either in space or on the surfaces of the
Moon/Mars:

How can there be no problem, when it has been well documented since the
first astronauts went into space? Radiation is a hazard to anyone in space,
on the Moon, or Mars. Who's the moron now?

And it appears you're showing complete bias. You probably work for NASA or
some other organization that continues to waste money on little returns. If
so, so be it, but you have shown nothing to demonstrate that there isn't a
radiation hazard to space travelers/ colonizers, and that's just for
starters.
