What you have are international agreements based on a late 17th
century distortion and when the nature of the distortion is
recognized,then you have an international crisis as it relates to the
3 basic and connected planetary facts,the Earth is round, rotating and
the length of time for that rotation.The 24 hours/360 degree value
contains information on planetary geometry,rotation characteristics
therefore assigning an incorrect value will disrupt the ability to
accurately determine the other two facts.

You just restated the distortion which inverts the original references
for daily and orbital motions where daily rotation is referenced to
the central Sun and orbital motion to the background stellar framework
representing two distinct motions,specifically referencing daily
rotation to the stellar background and orbital motion to the central
Sun in direct conflict with all known structural and timekeeping
principles which create the 24 hour day and the calendar system -

or makes an entire revolution in the Ecliptick in 365 days, 5 hours 49

It is not just the fact that the wrong value is assigned to daily
rotation through 360 degrees and subsequently affecting the
information contained in the other two basic planetary facts,it is the
ability to force observations to the conclusion for the alternative
'sidereal time' value or trump up an additional version of planetary
dynamics to explain the analemma hoax or 'sidereal vs solar time'
hoax,this only demonstrates that there are no intellectual safeguards
governing conclusions and observations.This era has seen the rise of a
conclusion that carbon dioxide governs planetary temperatures to the
exclusion of any other factor and especially planetary dynamics and
this is where it is becoming really,really dangerous and unstable.

The facile distortion is obvious,the inversion of references for
daily and orbital motion from the original ones (outlined by Huygens
above) to satisfy the value of 23 hours 56 minutes 04 seconds as the
value for daily rotation as an independent motion is so shocking that
can't think of any worse scenario as it involves the complicity of
everyone to maintain it,it really is that simple.Not the correct
technical arguments nor the incorrect one arising from Flamsteed's
error but what is inside a person himself that now constitutes the
major problem and that I can't answer for.

Just so long as you know Sam that the inability to rise above the 3
basic planetary facts is the standard by which everything else is
judged,so knowing where you stand right now I concede the presumption
that you know or care about humanity or astronomy.No reasonable person
can believe what you just stated and that is it.
