That's your problem. Why do fast-moving mesons make it to the ground
without decaying?
Well,it would be a minor miracle to get somebody to link the
circumference of the Earth with the 24 hour clock and geographical
separation to arrive at a correlation that is beyond you as an
astrologer.
69.17 miles equates to 4 minutes making 24901.2 miles over 24 hours or
69.17 miles per degree of geographical separation.Keep trying it for
different latitudes and it is easy enough to see the Earth's shape
emerge
10 degrees of longitude means a 10 degree difference in the angle to
the Sun (projected on the equatorial plane) and a 10 degree difference
in the angle to any star also so projected, it does not matter that
their apparent motions are at different speeds. You can throw in the
Moon as well.
So the time difference between sidereal time zones would be different
if we had them. No problem, no contradiction. Except in your own
confusion.
But you are right that the Earth is round.
