The distribution is primarily in the sci.* hierarchy. You post
bluster and nonsense when you attempt to post science, and the
rest of the time it is tourettish outbursts. Even Varney, as
twisted and childish as he is, abandoned your cause today.

Tell us once again how zero absorption means zero refractive
index Al. That's the most recent blunder I called you on, and
you're still mad at me for pointing that one out.

How about your infamous "diamond" project, Al? Where are the
diamonds you were supposed to have fabricated in 2001?

    "Uncle Al has proposed a direct chemical synthesis of
     single crystal diamond of arbitrary size, deposition
     of 1 carat/cm^2-hr at ambient pressure. The first
     run showed deficiencies in the chemical understanding,
     which lead to Devil Solvent and Devil Solvent II in
     the second run of experiments. That controlled the
     chemistry - no graphite! - but there were material
     engineering problems ("Alien,"when the little darling
     bleeds). We have the third and final attempt budgeted
     and scheduled for 2001.

On 31 Dec 2003 you wrote:

While back in 2000 you had predicted:

     "Uncle Al has reason to believe that gem diamond can be
      kinetically chemically synthesized to arbitrarily large
      size at a rate of one carat/cm^2-hr using a rather nasty
      molten salt reaction medium christened Devil Solvent and
      some awesomely clever reaction subtleties building on CVD
      diamond and Brad Pate's insights. Two attempts to date
      have underlined procedural problems (re "molecular acid"
      in "Alien"). The Big Kahuna is scheduled for next year.
      If I can find a gas-tight 1/2" coupling that uncouples
      after 12 hrs at 700 C, I'm in business.

Al, your tourettish outbursts do nothing to compensate your
repetitive displays of ignorance in subjects in which you
present yourself as competent. I don't know how anyone else
feels about it but for me, quite frankly, they're boringly
repetitive nonsense little different from your blather about
how you're going to manufacture diamonds and how you're
going to get a Nobel for disproving the Equivalence Principle.

None of it is true even though you appear to believe every
word goes from your mind to God's mouth. I almost hate to
break it to you, but it just hasn't been working out that
way and chances are really good that it never will.
