News to me about the gaming side of it, which in no way makes me
respect the Mystical Powers of Tarot [TANMPOT] any less.

Not at all. As the FNVW for AUK, the senior ko0k-vote group,
the senior post of Dealer naturally falls within your venue.
(The fact that I am a lazy S.O.B. has no bearing on the matter ;)
Besides, I can do a riffle - cascade shuffle (as taught by my late
great-uncle)
with some little dexterity. Oughta count for something.
