This time of the lunar month the dark side of the moon (as
in The Pink Floyd song Dark Side of the Moon) is the far
side of the moon. However at new moon the dark side
of the moon is the near side of the moon so we here
on earth are all on the dark side of the moon at new moon.
I've noted that before and maybe so have others.
