On national security implications of the seemingly pure theory we are
debating below. Remember the sub-text here is metric engineering and
UFOs. The above paper shows not-so-black USG intelligence activity in
the field.

In the fictitious global Minkowski space representation using ordinary

Where tik(Flat Geometry) is given explicitly in eq. (96.8) and (96.9).

It is a complicated expression, but what is important is that each term
is quadratic in the Diff(4) local symmetry group of nonlinear coordinate
transformations pseudo-tensor connection field.

Therefore, using the local EEP tetrad map from an LNIF to a coincident LIF

tik(Flat Geometry)LIF = 0

while

tik(Flat Geometry)LNIF =/= 0

Therefore, the stress-energy tensor of the pure gravity field in this
flat space-time representation tik(Geometry) is not a curved space-time
Diff(4) local tensor field, although it is a good Poincare group special
relativity tensor in the fictituous Minkowski space-time.

Therefore, it is quite obvious that the fictitious global flat
space-time of eq. (96.10) acquires an approximate asymptotic physical
reality as a boundary condition on the space-time. Only with the
asymptotically 4D flat boundary condition do we get a sensible theory
(Bondi-Sachs) for the detection of gravity waves from the "closed
system" in which the curvature falls off quickly beyond a limited
space-time region. This "closed system" is not closed in the
thermodynamic sense, otherwise real gravity waves carrying positive
energy density and pressure with w = +1/3 could not leak out to the LIGO
and LISA detectors. Since tik(Geometry) is a good tensor in this region
that is not a surprise!

In contrast, we have the curved space-time representation for the
vanishing covariant divergence of the matter energy-momentum tensor

for conservation of matter stress-energy density currents where ;k is
the Diff(4) covariant derivative not the Poincare group partial

Recall, locally gauge the translation subgroup of the Poincare symmetry

with no torsion or anything exotic as yet.

Geometry is an active participant not merely the passive arena with
Matter struts its Song and Dance on the Stage of History! No action
without reaction is the fundamental principle of relativity's
observer-participator - a principle for ALL theories both classical and
quantum.

Actually, there is no such thing as a really classical theory. All
macroscopic theories are really macro-quantum ODLRO theories from
spontaneously broken continuous symmetries in the unstable micro-quantum
vacuum called the Higgs Ocean that emerges "More is different" from the
interacting micro-quantum Dirac-Fermi Sea.

However on the other side of the ledger, Einstein's field equation is

Gij(Geometry) = -(8piG/c^4)Tij(Matter)

Ignoring zero point energy exotic vacua we can write this as

tij(Curved Geometry) + Tij(Matter) = 0

Now Paul, I want you to realize that

tij(Curved Geometry) =/= tij(Flat Geometry)

This has been the source of our Abbott and Costello "Who's on first?"
Vaudeville Routine.

tij(Curved Geometry) is a good local Diff(4) tensor that is exactly zero
in the ordinary vacuum.

However in the exotic vacua of zero point dark energy/matter we have

tij(Curved Geometry) + Tij(Matter) + (c^4/8piG)/\zpfgij = 0

Back now to 1915 GR with /\zpf = 0.

Given the algebraic equation

A + B = 0

There are two possible solutions

1. A = B = 0 separately

or

2. A = -B together.

The Bianchi identities of GR 1915 give us 1.

That is

tij(Curved Geometry)^;j = 0

Tij(Matter)^;j = 0

separately. This is what I mean by the separation of the "marble" and
the "wood" "underground currents" in the substratum of Super Cosmos

section on PV that is as good as WMD in Iraq. Note, however, some say

For real metric engineering you can ignore the Tij(Matter) term unless
you want clean ZPF energy production or stealth cloaking - forget those
applications for now, and just look at the exotic vacuum field equation

The Bianchi identities break down in exotic vacua, such as the hedgehog
topological point defect in the Higgs Ocean centered at the Sun as shown

pointing back to Sun in the two concentric spheres enclosing the exotic
vacuum ZPF field

Starting out at ~ 20AU. We do not know how far it extends yet.

where Hr is the cosmological recession speed.

Similarly in the "dark matter" Galactic Halo concentric with the black
hole at the center of our galaxy

v = constant speed of circulation of the stars round the black hole in

Therefore, we have already good evidence of local dark energy and dark
matter exotic vacua in addition to the cosmological one from Type 1a
supernovae where Einstein's cosmological constant is

r is how far back in time we look for Hubble shift

v(recession) = Hr

The cosmological constant problem is solved from

M is the regulator mass of the effective field theory.

Practical metric engineering of Warp, Wormhole & Weapon W^3 is from the

No, that is an *ad hoc* restriction we impose in order to arrive at a
work-around to the actual problem.

Again, you are confusing the definition of the actual problem with the
*ad hoc* restrictions we place on our treatment
of the problem in order to get pragmatically usable (approximate) results.

I am quoting Roger Penrose talking about a definite physical problem,
the LIGO/LISA experiments. You are so vague and abstract in limbo that I
do not know what kind of observable tests, even at the level of a
gedankenexperiment, that your words allude to?
