  Most of if it won't work. Since it's all based
  on the assumptions of scientists and the navy's
  a priori 4000 year-old Egyptian "baby and the bathwater"
  / New York Times theory of propulsion.

  The weight doesn't matter of what's being lifted,
  since whatever gas you use to lift is going
  to solidify when it's hits a vaccum barrier,
  and the friction effects are going to be
  what's moving, not the rocket. Which is
  just to be another NASA statue of Einstone.
