Yes. The position of the planets, and the phases of the moon does not cause
Earthquakes, bad weather, good weather, or volcanic eruptions on Earth.

Similarly, two consecutive full moons in a month (you remember, "Blue
Moons", that you got all twitterpated about) don't have any different
effects than two consecutive full moons at any other time.
