The only "proven scientific fact" is the Earth right now is going through
a relatively warm period and has done so many times, many of which have
been warmer.
"Informed people" may know that it is because of carbon dioxide, but
those who truely understand climate, earth science, and chemistry are
not uniformly convinced.
Take the true believer opinion elsewhere.
