Gravity is a thermodynamic attribute but as for conservation of energy
planets or any 'black body " object in space do not give a damn about
conserving energy nor being in equilibrium state. The reason planets
take the form they do as roughly spherical objects is because of energy
retention and energy retain in greatest mass is of high density which is
also of the highest energy which ultimately leads to a superatomic
state of mater that is necessarily out of view in most spherical planets
until you have a neutron star after its collission with a fuel source.
There is no evidence of conservation of energy for planets nor for
stars. There is no optimal size for spherical mass accumulation.
To say that gravity is an illusion is a bit more than absurd. Because
Gravity is very definately accumulative and object do accelerate in
its sphere of influence. The resulting accumulation is no illusion so
the apparent force causing that acceleration is no illusion either
regardles of any hypothetical causes.
What i think is an illusion is our theoretical perception of electrons
having mass. photons certainly have no mass because they never impart
momentum which they should according to newtonian dynamics. What
happened is that someone changed the definition of mass in a stealth
manner from Newtonnian to something else that is distinguishable.
Electrons are convertable to gamma bursts and that ratio of 2 for 1 is
all that is going to matter. Either a gamma ray is 1/2 the mass of an
electron or there is some mysterious mass defect somewhere OR THE
ELECTRON NEVER HAD ANY MASS. my new solution is to dispense of the
ideology of mass for electrons and see it as what it is apparent mass as
it does counterbalance the nucleus in the atom and it does exhert a
proportional force of attraction.
I think the illusion of planets is what we do call mass and don't
understand as newtonian mass as defined by F=MA in basis. for mass to
be something pertaining to F amd A is definately in the realm of
illusion.
