Deltas _from what_? This isn't a trick question. You need to define
what you mean by (x,y,z)=(0,0,0), and there is no "natural" choice
for that definition. Astronomers often use the "local standard of
rest" or the center of the Milky Way galaxy for Galactic work and
"comoving cosmological coordinates" for cosmology, but these are
arbitrary choices convenient for specific purposes.
As Mr. Einstein probably didn't say (but might have), "Everything is
relative."
