Brilliant idea to make Mars and Venus inhabitable

Mars is too cold and Venus is too hot. The idiots who created
our solar system were really BAD architects.

So let's simply change the design of this flawed solar system
and move Mars a little bit closer to the sun and Venus
in the opposite direction . Result : Two much more
useful planets.

And while we do that, we can also reduce the distance
Earth - Mars and the distance Earth - Venus.

Simple. All we need is a space-ship with a powerful
tractor beam.
