This is the only orbital height where the ornital velocity coresponds to 360 degrees every 24 hours - keeping at one location obove the Earth at any orbital inclination - the satellite would appear to movein a distorted figure-8 in the sky, and would shine on the same spots of the Earth's surface once per sidereal day.
