Pluto, Uranus and Earth

Active discussion about Pluto, it is good to astronomy. Pluto is not
planet, we can't say this classification shows our knowledge of the
solar system is back in pre-Tombaughian times. But we can say that the
signification of New Horizon will be not important than the past planet
missions. The basis of the classification shows our knowledge of the
solar system is still very poor.
NASA will cancel Pluto mission if budget high than 500 million dollars.
This is a cost can be accepted by society to allow scientist to explore
the depth of time space of the solar system.
What cost is suitable to explore the source of the magnetic filed of
planet. Uranus mission is the best way to answer the question. But no
country has a mission to Uranus today. Like Pluto, Uranus is far away
from our world, Uranus mission will be not cheap.
A cheap plan is discover the source of the magnetic filed of planet
from the observation of the earth. We can observe the properties of the
atmosphere of the earth. If the atmosphere facing sun is positive
electricity, the downsun is negative. That means that the source of the
magnetic filed of planet is atmosphere, not core. This is an indirect
confirmation, but cheap.
Of cause, we must answer a question, a big question. Pluto, Uranus and
Earth are the same kind, aren't they?
