Are you saying that's not what the paper says?
I think you are just seeing what you would like
to be there.

Here's a test for you, George. See if you can find the empirical
estimates 0.15 solar masses and 0.5 solar masses in the paper.

Certainly. In figure 2 they show that because of
the difference in distance, a MACHO in the LMC halo
of mass 0.2Ms would produce a curve similar to a
MACHO of 0.5Ms in the MW halo, hence they argue the
two could be confused.

They then go on to try to split the observed events
into mass ranges for the populations which are shown
in figure 7. Note that the upper curve for the MW
halo shows no peak but continues to rise to the right.
The distribution for the LMC on the other hand rises
to the left with possibly a peak towards 0.1Ms.

Whether such a major difference between the halo
populations is credible or not isn't something I could
comment on, but I suspect some may doubt it.

These
are values definitively predicted by the Discrete Fractal paradigm.

Really? Show me the maths of that prediction then.
Specifically let's see a graph of fraction versus
mass for values of 0.1Ms to 1.0Ms that we can
compare with figure 7.

Are you drunk, demented or just totally biased?

No, its just that I can read a graph, and neither
chart in figure 7 has your two peaks.
