The Wavefunction of The Universe, and The Many Worlds Theory.

If the current mainstream thinking is correct, and our Universe is
headed for a 'heat death' fate of maximum entropy, it would follow that
this fate would entail a total erasure of information.
A total erasure of information must reestablish a 'Wavefunction of the
Universe' that represents a superposition of 'all possible worlds'. The
word 'reestablish' suggests a subsequent event, but in this case, the
wavefunction representing 'all possible worlds' must be established
through all possible time: meaning it must be exist coincident with all
possible times. Its necessary existence is NOT a subsequent event to
the Universe you and I are experiencing now. It necessarily has an
existence that is coincident with the World you are experiencing now.
In the vein of Dr. Samuel Johnson kicking the stone, I am, at the
moment tapping these keys on my computer in the particular 'reality'
which I perceive to be a Universe with a specific set of possible
histories. However, there would seem to be a strong logical argument,
based on the current view of the fate of the Universe, taken together
with the 'erasure' experiements ( whereby a wavefunction representing a
superposition of 'all possible worlds' is necessarily re-established by
erasure of all records), that such a wavefunction representing 'all
possible worlds' MUST exist now.
I often read that it is impossible to prove or disprove Everett's 'Many
Worlds' theory. It would seem to me, however, that we it could be
argued that 'Many Worlds' is a logical necessity based on the axioms
outlined above.
I would appreciate any constructive comments.
