Min That 9.4 quake has had to weaken the Earth's fragile crust. It was
a killer of about 350,000 people. I have a theory for the next 25 years
quakes and volcanoes of great magnitude will be its aftermath. It takes
time for things to settle down. Time for a stable foundation. Bert
