Very nice exposition Min. It is an indepth scrutiny of how the
ancients did their astronomy.
The reference to astrological coordinates is clearly a reference to
convenient visual reference points. You can expect catcalls from
dullards whose rancor is fueled by mental "baggage", They read the
worst into a single word. The text has nothing to do with astrology
as a fortune-telling stratagem.

Thank you for your civilized reply. It is definitely a jungle
out there, and learning doesn't come easily to those who cling
blindly to preconceived notions about "life, the universe, and
everything". Apparently most astronomers can't even count from
