Are you making the point that if there are artificial craters 100m across
then they should be visible through high powered telescopes, and as there is
no evidence of artificial craters, then presumably they don't exist?
I don't know if a 100m crater would be particularly noticeable, but your
conclusion - that there are no artificial craters on the moon deriving from

Lots of Apollo stuff intentionally hit the deck. (at best hard or not
so controlled landings)
Would you like to see a few frames as to having recorded one of their
impact clouds that was officially obtained from orbit?
