Sending this yet again the fouth time, GOVERNER.

"Something is very un-American about that kind of a state of mind,
where one doesn't have enemies and doesn't follow them." - and he sits
in the subway and watches somebody, and he does this for two years,
and he is a fucking psycho.

He knows everything about that person he follows, he even uses his
victim's name when he talks to people in the streets. "I am that
guy."

"I act just like him."

Then back to the subway, the guy comes out of work, and then sitting,
and watching him as he rides home, and watching him talk to people
around him, and following him all the way to his house and watching
him from underneeth in the street, seeing him in the window.

"My room at home is full with pictures of him, I made those pictures
from behind trees."

(Bush comes to mind as he had all the pictures of terrorists in his
room and he crossed out the killed terrorists himself, because that is
the most important thing that this letter will bring, governor).

"I don't know what I will do to him, perhaps kill him with one of a
thousand ways I imagined doing it. I am impotent, but he arouses me
whenever I imagine letting him know that he is being followed, I
shiver inside. I met others like me, people on the subway following
people, "their people". I follow people, I follow people, I don't
wanna hot dog, I wanna taco. Mommy I don't wanna hot dog, I wanna
taco!" - the psycho yelled on the subway. His distorted face turned
away and he covered his face from being seen by the man he follows.
Somebody replied: "If you don't know how to pronounce it, don't eat
it!"

"I wrote a letter to the governor once, I called 'him' a spraypainter
in a business suit. He works at a top technological institution, he
has a summa cum laude, and I wrote to the governor that this
spraypainter has to be stopped. He paints on walls. The city must be
cleaned up from such gangsters. He even says complex things that I
don't understand. He talks weird. I follow him and the city needs to
be rid of this praypainter who spoils the fences of the subway where I
live. I saw him do it. But one day, governor, a black BMW appeared in
his garage and he didn't come to the subway. HE USED HIS BMW TO GO TO
WORK!" - and I perceived that as an act of WAR!

I wrote down every word he said on the subway: "A world where a
president was an alcoholic, his state of mind when he went after
Saddam resembled a trembling man on the street making claims that were
out of this world, a dooms day philology of hell, of a large fire in
front where witches ride on broomsticks and are laughing down at him,
and the people, the religious people of America listened with fears
and ran as him to seal their homes with duct tape and empty the
grocery stores, particularly of all water bottle products. It was time
to deal with the inner troubles and establish a union of a so called
clensing ideal toward other parts in the world... 300 witches were
burned in France once because people claimed those women turned into
wolves at night. And the world who looked up at the USA were shocked
at what a country can dement it's state of prisons and politics and
mentalities toward pursuing terrorists like jews." So what do you
think when he said: "The fire of hell curses them. *** politics.
Those Arabs are inclined for these things!", governor.

I am reporting this person I follow, because he is up to no good. Our
system must protect our citizens from such people.
