Mass right now, obviously. But since it's been around
5 billion years, it must have started out much heavier
and blown away part of that mass into space. How

phases like helium burning, carbon burning, etc.? And
what will it's final corpse mass be as a White Dwarf?

Without having a citation at hand, the Sun is losing about 1 part
in 10^14 per year through solar wind and radiation IIRC. The red
giant phase may increase that rate, but probably not by much.

I would say "essentially unchanged".
