Like a heavy ladder. You lift one leg, the other rises and the weight
falls on one side, on one leg standing on a tilted rotating wheel and
only the leg that moves downward is pressing down with all the weight
of the ladder, then after 180 degrees to other leg is pressing down.
And while the leg moves down, it may not move as much down as the
degree of the wheel's tilting. it just lifts on the same half so the
other leg is not pressing down. The weight always tilts to stand on
the top of the wheel that is turning to carry the leg downward.
