Really what happened is that I wrote a letter to the city I live in
for having
a private owner, and I wrote that private ownership of land and
control
can only extend to small gated communities. There can be no private
ownership of official cities as that violates fundamental Democracy

human rights. No closed gated community rules can apply to places
designated officially as cities. Culture cannot evolve in places
dictated
by a private owning entity and cities need Democratic conditions.
A private community gone overboard, of course the laws of no
intrusions
apply as if this was a small gated community in Highlands Ranch.
With a population nearing a 100 thousand, things have gone out of
control in setting the number of dogs a person can own and other
apartment regulations, while this place is a long city in all it's
facilities.
The CIA was all over me as a result of my letter, this was in 2003
when opinion of the president and the way the USA runs was not
tolerated and was perceived as a threat for thought crime in a big
brother
world of a repression in designated stalking forms thinking apart from
humanity and culture and all clear thoughts correspond with
discrimination,
alienation, excruciation, pervasive CIA activity, a war beneath the
shield
strikes the unaware of the true nature behind the Iraq war being
symbilized
by pride, a word so often illustrated with white radical extremism,
but
no literature demonstrates cannibals arising from under ground in an
attempt to want world war. This would be cannibals, unlike other sheep
people in a cannibal world who display thought provoking and nice
web pages, cannibals who arise from under ground displaying
intelligence
in the film Hannibal, and engaging in matters that correspond with
grutesk
conditions. These Cannibals can be identified as people having Summa
Cum
Laudes and are members of the Summa Cum Laude Nobel Prize
revolutionary
front, also identifyable as members of Wacahar, as dangerous as it
sounds,
people of Crazy Humanity engaged in matters of War Against 'Crimes
Against
Humanity and Racism'. Don't underestimate such insanity, it comes to
life and such people truly want world war beneath their words of
dangerous
educated anger (and must be watched by the CIA for politically and
publically endangering enemy talk, and such talk, is... taken
seriously).

And not to mention, even in an apartment, limiting lifestyle such as
the
number of dogs a household can own is basically cruel. A little girl
in
one of the apartments may want a puppy for Christmas. And the rule
goes, the poorer the more cruel in such regulations. Rich people can
own two or three well trimmed dogs. Forget that in an apartment
where the rent is $400 a month. I stood there in the office and heard
a Russian dad begging the office that his daughter wants a puppy.

"Sorry, the way things are here in Denver, you would need to move
to a place like Highlands Ranch."

So if a dog gives birth to 12 puppies, one must not keep them. In
China
they have such regulations for people, wonder if that's good or bad.
They
say it's bad that the Catholic Church bans condoms in South America
and the result is over-population. Maybe condoms are the solution to
these problems. Poverty tends to be more active in reproduction, while
the number of people in the richest and most cultured countries tend
to drop over time. People get married late and have less children,
while
in places of poverty the parents live together in the home of the
grandparents, marry at an early age. Creed changes these things,
marrying at 40, though one in a 100 kids after that age are born with
down syndrome compared to one in a hundred thousand at age 20.
Inappropriateness in all of life, solutions by governments are
limited,
as they are, and the rest does follows the laws, and those in power
place all precedence on them in places of regimes. A nature of creed
and barbarism exemplifying their totalitarian success and power over
life in popish closed-mindedness toward life in other possibilities.
Let alone bananas are dieing out as they lost seeds a long time
ago and unable to reproduce for long, some say in 15 years they will
die out, the simple solution that we are monkeys who came off of trees
and stood up on two legs 4 million years ago bans understanding of
the ideas that we can do something that saves these fruits in a more
intelligent spending of American power money where half a trillion is
used up for a war that ignored racism between entire races, and not
a million is spent on improving healthcare for children, or to save
bananas and possibly find a gene that reintroduces seeds into bananas.
All this evolution, and in our lifetime bananas will die out they say.
We can move away from the blocks that claim to eradicate the word
evolution from US schools, or from the blocks that considers the
matter
of condoms as matter of sin and shame to go against the will of God,
we can find that yes, bananas are dieing IN EVOLUTION, and not
in INTELLIGENT DESIGN as the word seeks to replace biology.

All cults in general aim to replace science, healthcare with an
alternative
and with power, such replacements become controlling of life in
ridiculously
barbaric forms where solutions to the over-population may neither be
a government punishment like in China for those having more than one
child, nor the not banning of condoms as the Roman Catholic Church
intends keeping.

Poverty, and immenslely controlling rich big brother societies, yes in
places of poverty children can have dogs. A complete separation of
lifestyle,
black and white.

Add: The humanitarian conditions have become that bad in terms of that
black and white in places like in the United States. They (the
management)
only see us and them, but not looking toward cultural Europe, and
evaluate
why regimes, and all those things, but rather expect Europe to follow
their
suit.

Add: In times of Lassie, Americans could own dogs, Capitalism becomes
cruel and fanatic and the value of life lowers. Interests and hard-
line
models take racist precedence and a dictatorship forms. Not that a
dictatorship wasn't present during the Nixon era in the United States
seeking a regime monster status in all it's conversion to a regime and
ban Visa entry to people like John Lennon for politically threatening
songs that oppose racist Americanism, the radical extremism that
wants to control the world as a Super Power and create racist horrors
and tortures under the dollar fanatically as it sets all conditions
for others
and knows no other way but the black and white model of poor and
the contra rich being the formula ground, but it's corruption.

Humanitarian corruption. No Lassie for the little girl, says the man

None of the apartments allow dogs these days.

Add: It went from a country being cold as Capitalism, to a country
being
really bad in setting all conditions for others.

transforms
the world into an apartment where rules are set, often admittedly
unfairly but
necessarily according to Bush.

Add: Lassie is dead, and he tells all children without healthcare that
no welfare this Christmas. It would be a microscopic percent compared
to the funding of the Iraq war to offer healthcare to millions of
children.
This subject will likely be a major issue in the next election between
Democrats and Republicans, but simply put, one cannot not see a
place that radically deteriorated into those who set the rules and
do not indiffer in human opinion and those who are as Democrats,
allow it to be taken to catastrophic conditions of humanitarian
deterioration
in all matters of human rights. Yes, as in times of Hitler's regime,
stereotypes dominate opinions toward all things and a radical clensing
form of sensitivity develops that aims to oust all things that remind
of
poverty and not national ideal. All things that do not simbolize
American
health, and health in general are saught to be eradicated, including
smoking which strikes on the subject of health. Heath and nation
continues the stereotype and all things as smoking as seen
paranoidly. It was the case in Hitler's Germany that all dirt was
seen provocative and Hitler ordered all Germans to clean up their
homes,
and a war against dust begun as the first initiative to represent hate
againt all dirt and all things that remind of weakness. All must abide
to the conditions set, and as that must............................

Add: This urge of setting restrictions on dogs comes from a unity of
things saught to be accepted by the society, an unbreakable spell of
how things are done elsewhere and as that here. Google too claims
that others do piracy, so as that all things are normal in the court

law. But who is to ask one particular problem with having conditions
set in the all-so-famous Republican 'piracy, supremacy and blackmail
money' laundering scheme that went from something cold to something

urges to setting restrictions on dogs. Who is to argue that we
ourselves
are not dogs when it would come to court, but as a scale it would be
a proof of the dog withing indeed needing such particular conditions

set on all as somewhat strict and unfair in terms of rules of
acceptibilities
barking the conditions of particular examples being present, so called
rules that need coldness but in general respect, and unfairness a
stereotypical side of the great regime we live in that believes in
enslaving, downgrading proprietarianism that disregards the human
spirit, while admitting Lassie was a bad idea that gives the bad idea
to people and should be rated X in that regard of fantasies creating
a wrong impression to people about life. The fashion among many
Republicans is not to own a TV. President Bush hates television and

through power, designed as a supremacist form of capitalist

Brazil is another country that has a federalist constitution, and so
does the USA basically. The American constitution is based on federal
aspects and does not mention the word Democracy anywhere, although
the USA is considered to be a Democracy and proclaims model in that
regard for the world as a regime super-power. Russian President Putin
said no country can proclaim itself as a model Democracy (it would be
fascism and corruption (under racist guidelines unwelcome in our
historical time), as well as no country can impose a model Democracy
status on other countries, and that the American agression is against
the Russian character. Putin is trying to make very explicit points
on
the Iraq and Iran war. Also Putin clarified that Iran is at least two
decades away from any missile and WMD development. Putin too
struggles with incompatible ideas mixing intelligent and dramatically
primitive sides by threatening US bases in East Europe that they
may be blown to pieces by nuclear bombs of Russia if they keep
on building up against Iran, and such buildups result in unwelcome
wars under once again crazy sick fascist American president of
totalitarian power).

Add: It is a culture that does not care about clarifying the facts,
but
relentlessly feeding fear based on the stereotypes and all are either
provoking it, living the world war era mentality of setting necessary
conditions of others alike on others, and are unable to disconnect
from this reality, and others like Putin want to become equal level
contenders and end up watching the USA responding as if he was
air and continuing with all plans of building up the military defence
in East Europe that for decades hated the presence of the sad
iron curtain of the Soviet Empire and now submit to racist claims
of a Capitalist dominatory liar and relentless supremacist, hence
all want money and licking ass is one that pays in the West,
rehardless
of the cult-like practice of replacing general sides of things with
one
prescribed by all means as private control of power and in violation
of Democratic and humanitarian and cultural interests. No, my

online is not interested in say astronomy that brought my interest
online, just as Bush is not interested in cultural interests in the
country he occupies, but of his military and private interests. Just
as Ceausescu was not interested in culture, history, and aimed
to eradicate all villages in Romania for formulas of power that would

in a few days machineries would dig down all villages after all people
from villages are moved to designated cities in a relocation plan.

taken over from villages by the government, and where once more

in a giant agriculture form and a police state and camera form

for culture and empty endless farmlands would now rip away all

is money, things won't stop to clarify an innocent until proven
guilty
aspect and all solutions are cruelty and classicism of us and them,
others do it, it must be that then, no exceptions as in a big brother
world and regime, the system must build in to all corners of the
society with a curtain setting guidelines and as that things move
quickly and predictably and no Lassie to the little girl, sorry. Daddy
must make more money and find a better place to live in, and he
can have one dog, and if he can move to an upper-middle class
place, even two dogs, as set by the apartment rule of the city whose
examples set are portrayed in all it's image, where the entrance
reads out it's perfect place: Highlands Ranch, The Pride of Colorado.
(managed in strict closed community fashion, though an official
city, reserved, trademarked, controlled under unilateral rules making
all akin by these property rules on what a city of pride represents,
and all of course nicely protected with no cruising laws, all are
undertaken in pride.)

want to
be. I was told by Americans at work: 'Good luck', when I moved to
Highlands Ranch. They said all people who moved here were molested
with restrictive conditions, a 90 year old woman was taken to court
because she didn't have her house repainted when ordered. Where
rules are set as that, blindly and arrogantly, human values, the
value
of life becomes very low and all things militantly seek an opposing
mentality to all things found in poverty and a must control of all
those
aspects through limiting people, their decisions through federalist
beaurocracy and a business perspective taking domination as
exemplary and non-outstanding, gray, outlined, restricted, exclusive
of culture and life as apartment groteskulization, policies, blinded
unity, hatefulness).

Add: under rules of a barbaric empire. 50 percent of all properties
must
be covered with grass, all homes repained every three years.)
