Hi Moderator,
Sorry, but I used to do that, and it didn't help a lot.
My (new) 'hidden' emailaddress was extracted by humans I expect because the
new emailaddress was being spammed in a suprisingly short time.
So I thought: How much does it cost to hire some poor kid to read all those
'hidden' emailaddresses and sell them to Spam & Co?
1 dollar a day?
Gaining thousands of good valid emailaddresses of active people?
So bet on it it is done by humans too (not only stupid scripts).
Could you agree to that?
So I hope you understand why I do this, and let me continue.
[moderator's response: Sure, Erwin. It's up to you, and I'm certainly
not going to ding articles on the basis of the author's email address,
but if I DO choose to reject an article, I will be unable to tell you
why. That's the trade-off. - JAH]
