DECLARATION OF MEANING

If one looks _really encompassingly_ at how we get and got to be how
we are, one is philosophically forced [or led by straightlaced logic %-}] to
conclude that
we are inextricably linked to and dependent on _this_
biosphere/_this_ solar system/_this_ universe;
And that this is so because
of [what can be conceptualized and defined - defined with
impossible-to-better
philosophical dEPTth, and in a most 'blandly unbiased' (or most basic and
balanced possible) way - as] 'What Is knotting' (to use
a string/M-theoretically relevant metaphor) increasingly
complex patterns;

Patterns, such as (in increasing order of complexity):
Subatomic wave-particles, atoms, organic molecules, from free-floating to
cell-dwelling self-replicating organic molecules such as DNA; complex
amoebic single-cell
organisms, early multi-cellular organisms; individual plants and animals
with successively greater numbers of specialized cells forming different
functional structures; fully formed human individuals (who are arguably one
of the most complex type of animal to have evolved - especially if our
social, cultural, and bionic extensions are taken into account).

Here, the meaning of "patterns" is:
Any perceivable and conceptualizable,
or not (yet presumably in
some way to exist or have existed in spacetime), features (any scale) and
regularities (="laws") - e.g. fundamental physical, biochemical,
physiological, (neuro)psycho(physio)logical, and social
interactional regularities - including classes of such features such as
feelings,
emotions, ideas, and concepts. Hence also the conceptual pattern that
represents not only all
possible (existing or not) patterns but what is or can be in patterned
formation;

Namely, (what can be defined with impossible-to-better
philosophical depth, and in a most 'blandly unbiased' - or most basic and
balanced - possible way,
as) "What Is", alt. "What Is going on".

However, not all perceivable patterns are self-replicating; And not all
perceivably self-replicating patterns are complex.

Some merely have some resemblance of a biological
organism-evolving/patterning tendency;

E.g., a single crystal seeding a crystalization of some chemical solution,
or, a surface-effect caused by and entirely dependent on the properties of
previously lengthily biochemically evolved deeply complex (multi-level)
self-replicating organismic patterns - such as viruses with way of
replicating, or any "meme" (or idea) whose time has come.

Thinking about (a reflection) - in the form of certain 'brainspacetime
patterns' - of
all or any aspect of What Is going on - e.g. going on in this universe of
ours - is to unavoidably
also reflect a contrasting, or it seems fundamentally relative, aspect of
the
same.

The "dialectic principle" (however vague and non-mathematical) is one
way that this 'fundamental bind' has been philosophically conceptualized.

A fairly straight-forward example is that the theory or biological evolution
(whether proto-Darwinian or most up to date neo-Darwinian) requires the
complementary notions of individuals ' versus' their respective
"environments".

Hence, "didactics demand (as do discipledom;) demand
disection/dichotomization".

Or IOW, 'we describe therefore we divide'. :>

Accordingly:
Since we are _of_ this dynamic universe and solar system (and of What Is so
clearly fundamentally dynamically going on), when we describe/think about
Evolution (of course not the least of ourselves)
we have to postulate that we not only exist as a consequence of the
environmental aspect of evolutionary pressures, but also as a consequence of
intrinsic (as if from within the individual) evolutionary pressures.

Also accordingly:
It can be seen that some evolutionary pressures (of the Evolutionary
Pressure Totality)
are destructive [and primarily tend to be perceived - by individuals who are
being thus "pressured" - as threatening or painful, and to be responded to
with distress (as opposed to eustress)] by "pruning out" (hence in a
dialectic sense also "pruning in") and that these can be described as being
of "adversity type";

This while other evolutionary pressures are (and can be seen to be) directly
constructive
as if by realizing, or allowing a fulfillment of, "configuration space
potentials" for reproductively successful functional patterns - and so, can
be suitably described (also IMO) as evolutionary pressures of "opportunity
type".

Although it is possible and sometimes necessary to look at how we evolved,
and are,
from the perspective of mutations that gave rise to
specific genes for specific assortments (as far as possible to ascertain) of
traits that became naturally selected *for* [including, as Hamilton's rule
helps to point-out, by group-selecting acts of self-sacrificing altruism by
individuals ;-)], I have strategically settled for looking at our evolution
through
complementary set of conceptual lenses ONE OF WHICH is the concept of
Individuals (of phylogeny);

Individual organisms that were, and some of which has currently living
descendants also are, as if "candidates" for reproductive survival.

To this far briefly summarize:

It has helped me to understand our evolution and the way we are
from the perspective of individuals having been challenged by both
evolutionary and lifetime "adversity type" and "opportunity type", intrinsic
as well as environmental, pressures.

IOW, I have found "the individual" to be a logically and explanatorially
fruitful _complementary_'heuristic hub' around which the evolution of animal
species has revolved.

It is entirely possible to employ this explanatory vantagepoint in parallel
with or simultaneously with a likewise logical awareness of that this "hub"
would not work without its ball-bearings (aka. genetic/epigenetic
chemistry/factors/forces/levels of interactivity; Nor without its
"suspension",
i.e. fundamental physical forces and laws of 'patterning'.

This complementary individual-centric perspective of course also implies
the fact
that individuals of the phylogeny of fauna lived in ancestral populations.
(Not the least importantly 'anthropoidal ancestral' populations.); And that
any such "ancestrality of populations of individuals" relates to "the
spinning of "the phylogenetic fleece" (=evolutionary lineages). :-)

This "spinning" also include, amongst else, patterns of bio-evolutionary
patterning such as: a direct gene flow between different - but still similar
enough to converge by copulation - populations; possible viral "vectors"
producing variation naturally vetted (selected) amongst; different kinds and
causes of genetic mutation and recombination.

However, I will avoid rehashing the
conventional/standard/textbook-theoretical classification of
"instrumentalities" (factors) of plant and animal evolution. This because
such a focus amounts to an analytical perspective that - however valid -
tends to preclude the achievment of a likewise valid complementary EPT grasp
of and insight into [or, a 'S_EPT_IC' (~=science-aligned whilst partly
purposely peculiarly playful, pert, and puerile) philosophical overview of /
philanthropically oriented outlook on] What Is going on.

Nevertheless, my 'EPT position of omniscience' subsumes, implies, and
accomodates all relevant, by conventional Science produced, best bet to most
Securely Established, Principles Theories Interpretations & Conclusions"
[the semantic source of SEPTIC].

Partly inspired by MAD (cold war shaming acronym) I invented "EPT" (errudite
;>, eclectically Explanatory, perversely Pert, Terminology/thought-tool
tactic) and grasped why and how nearly all people preoccupied in science or
philosophy have smarts 'senza' making sense of the lifetime challenges
behind such (and other) "AEVASIVE" striving.
In that acronym, for Ambiadvantageously Evolved Vexed Actention
Selection (System) Involving Various Endoopiates, AS stand for how we
think/emote/behave based on our individual repertoire of 'competing' (by
means of mutual inhibition) whilst 'cheered' and 'booed' (by current and
past environmental influences) "actention modules"; And AE refer
specifically to the evolved results of 2 types of selective pressure:
1.survival-enabling Opportunity
2. synaptic hibernation imploring (so both genophenotyping & 'motivating' of
a capacity to be selectively unconscious) Adversity [type traumatic
situations - normally repercussively retained as insidious "CURSES" type
memories].
