Hi Gil,
It looks like I should not try to engage in conversations with you.
But on the other hand I just read your second post to s.b.e. and got
pleased that a (another) person with such a philosophically piercing
science-aligned mind
might be adding itself to the mix in here. :-)
(If only you also turned out to have some 'SEPTIC humor'......I can at least
dream.;)
Cheers,
Peter

Partly inspired by MAD (cold war shaming acronym) I arrived at EPT
[~ eclectic explanatory perversely pert
philosophical terminology] to by concEPTual lenses/tools reliably see/grasp
how
and why AEVASIVE preoccupations (personalities) normally preclude making
in dEPTh sense (of themselves).
In the acronym for "Ambiadvantageously Evolved, 'V-word', Actention
Selection (System), Involving Various Endorphins" AS(S) stand for
that we behave according to our phylogenetically and individually acquired
repertoire of, competing (by mutual inhibition) whilst cheered and booed by
current and past environmental influences, "actention modules";
AE refer to the Evolutionary Pressure Totality divided into
1. Opportunities (~constructive causes of evolution)
2. Adversities - here especially SHITS ["Synaptic Hibernation Imploring
{negatively selective or inducing selective unconsciousness) Traumatic
{also tardily so) Situations - repercussively retained as
CURSES (type memories) aka "Pain" (Janov)]
