i would like clarify following things
what is
sun/heat cycle
Tom
Before I begin. How much biology do you know?
Basics:
The sun shines on the spinning earth. when its day it is
hot, when it is night it is cold. Life is that which adapted to
a hot then cold environment. The earth does not continually
get hotter. The earth does not continually get colder. It gets
colder then hotter as it spins.
Divam
how is it that "origin of life that I am concerned about"
Tom
I don't understand the question.
Divam
"paired nucleotides dispel UV"??
Tom
See

Divam
"the test for 'Tm'?
Tom
See any biology text about denaturing DNA.
Divam
"the code would not favor two pyrimidines adjacent" u mean that the
purine-pyrimidine pair is more stable to UV hence it is formed and
pyrimidines are not adjacent (except in case of certain mutations).
Tom
See any biology text for what a pyrimidine dimer is.
Best wishes,
Tom
