I suspect it doesn't matter, though I'll have to think about
it some more.
I think behaviour to benefit siblings will still evolve
pretty much the same, even if there are usually a bunch
of 5th cousins wandering around who are all so inbred
they're practically identical.
I'm not quite sure.
Consider naked mole rats.
