JE:-
Robert is always working hard to provide sbe reader's with up to date
references. Again, thank you Robert!

It has always been my contention that mutualism totally dominates the
evolution of sociality within nature including eusociality. However, over
the last 50 years or so Hamilton's Rule has focused Neo Darwinistic research
almost entirely on just false propositions of organism fitness altruism
(OFA) acting within nature. Because Hamilton's Rule has no fitness frame of
reference (no constant term) it cannot distinguish between organism fitness
selfishness (OFS) and OFA. The net result is that organism fitness mutualism
(OFM) has become hopelessly confused with OFA creating one unholy
mess. In reality, OFM cannot even be addressed by Hamilton's Rule so
mutualism remains entirely ignored within gene centric Neo Darwinism.
