It is not hard to write a perl script to hit public databases. You can also
filter for proteins expressed in the liver (presumbly you have a list, if
not it may be tagged). However if you don't know what you are doing it is
best to ask someone who does - Leeds University had access to one of the
public databases suspended for a few days because someone was tying up their
servers with automated requests. This sort of thing doesn't make you
popular.
