Phylogentic Tree Viewing Program

Hello,

For those of you interested viewing phylogentic trees, I have developed
a program (with a recently accpted paper) which can be used to view
large phylogentic trees. This propram displays the lengths of edges in
the tree and optimizes the use of space on the screen, to be "easy on
the eyes".

It is in a beta release stage, so feedback is desired for possible
extensions, improvements, and of course bug reports.

In general I am interested in how research has used evolutionary
hypothesis to determine which DNA segments might be interchangeable.
It is fascinating how a theory which is so widely purported is directly
applicable to improving food supply, health care and even energy
supplies.
