Re: What does it mean?

My personal experience about owing birds and other pets is that they
communicate via atmospheres. Now, if you think of the human ability to
observe atmospheres, there is an enermous number of different
atmospheres: one for each word and more: an atmosphere with a mail box
in the center of a landscape is a different from one without any mail
box and so on. An atmosphere is a landscape with structure, with all
the things in it understaood from the point of view of their role in
life. So it is a holistic view made instinctually (?) but with a good
understanding. So I cannot understand why language would be a reason
for us having larger brains.
Typically emotions and atmospheres describe life. So they are good for
describing living beings and living conditions but not so good for the
use of tools. Except that since an atmosphere is a landscape with
structure, it can be used as a way of holistic technical thinking. As
such it is very effective; I know that many professional physicists use
such ways of thinking. Still, since many do not know that trick, the
use of tools might be one reason for the need of bigger brains and for
the evolution of language.
