Nunney is withholding key evidence. In the end, the issue is really
simple: Are evolutionists going to be the straightforward, open,
scientists they claim to be?
I don't think I agree that Nunney is "withholding key evidence" -- in his
paper he says how he constructed his model, and what his results were. You
are free to construct a model according to what he says in the paper, and
if you do, one of two things will happen:
1) You'll get the same results as Nunney did, which will require you to
figure out what the "flaw" is in the model, if you think these results
aren't possible, or
2) You'll get different results, in which case you can write your OWN paper
and publish it.
I've written a couple of papers based on computer simulations and I'd never
hand out that code, except to the reviewers, of course. What you are asking
Nunney to do is tantamount to demanding that a bench scientist turn over
his data notebooks to you; that wouldn't happen even if you WERE a
published researcher.
I urge you to take his paper and attempt to reconstruct his model(s) so
that you can reproduce his results: that will tell you why the models get
the results they do, and you'll then be in a position to point out whatever
flaws you feel are responsible for those results.
