CNC's drift more than the coding part.
Hmmm. I'm pretty sure that is not true. Though it probably depends on
which CNCs you are talking about. There are some CNCs that are called
Ultra-Conserved Regions (UCRs) and those drift far less than typical
coding regions. Of course, some coding regions are also Ultra-Conserved.
