"Disappeared" Phyla

As a sideline to my earlier inquiry about extinct phyla, I realized
that the phylum Myxozoa shouldn't exist anymore because all myxozoans
have been re-classified into Cnidaria based on DNA. But it was a
freaky phylum to begin with, with almost all of its members being
unicellular. So, have any other phyla been classified out of existance?
