There are some bacterias found, that can make photosynthesis using
infrared coming from 350C.

You will say that if the it will be no longer possible if the
temperature difference would reach zero.
But look at nanoantennas examples - in this moment they can convert
thermal infrared from the same temperatures, but You will say that we
cannot rectify so high frequencies in the same temperature.
The natural explanation could be that the rectifier would need to work
in lower temperature and heat will flow to it.
But if we would reduce temperature in which the nanoantennas are, the
dominant frequency would also decrease - it would be easier to rectify
it ... so finally we should be able to convert heat into electricity?
But I think we could do rectifier in room temperature also - thermal
photon is usually is absorbed by a molecule, but thanks of antenna
it's absorbed by a free electron. It will equilibrate it's energy with
environment, but it would require some time - the nearer to antenna it
is, the higher energy it has.
So if we would make something like that:
-conductor-threshold-antenna-conductor-threshold-
the electron would more likely go through left threshold - go left.
I've looked on a few 'proofs' of 2nd law. All of them uses some
approximations - like forgetting about microscopic correlations by
introducing functions like pressure, temperature, ... of focusing only
on typical paths...
Mathematically it's correct for example to say that almost all
(typical) 0/1 sequence has p(0)=p(1)=1/2 and doesn't have any
correlations ... but in practice we rather meet different 0/1
sequences ...
I agree that randomness should generally increase, but there are some
processes in physics that favor order.
Yes - they usually gives some energy as heat, but maybe this energy
could be stored in something more stable...
Besides such proofs just have to ignore some effect which aren't
typical, like interfering with itself - look at anti-reflective
coating - thanks of destructive interference from one side it's more
probable for photon to be reflected than from the other.
Thanks of this quantum effect it's kind of Maxwell's demon - would
spontaneously create gradient of density in photon containment. We
could use this gradient to create work from heat.
If there really are imperfections in 2nd law, there are probably
extremely small - usually just shadowed by general entropy increase.
These imperfections would be difficult to use, so I think that first
organisms would rather use some chemical energy.
But I think it would be wise to check if water with bacterias from
deep below doesn't cool down a bit faster than it should.
About using gradient of geothermal energy - microbes seems to be too
small?
If not - what do You think about feeding with vibrations?
