Now,I have a project about DNA methylation and I am looking for the
materials.
I wonder whether DNA methylation is common in Bacteria or Yeast, and
which kind of material is more suit for the DNA methylation research,
plant(such as Arabidopsis) or Bacteria or Yeast?
Some interesting material on maternal behavior and DNA methylation can
be found in some of Dr. Meanys papers. I specifically looks at
maternal behavior of rats and there cascading influences on the
methylation and differential gene expression and behavior of the
offspring. Very neat stuff, two papers I would recommend are.
