Just as a start I noted this:

This is nonsense. Much of existing medical training is quackery based
on years of doing what was done before with no basis in science. Any
medical training that is not based on evolution can only be based on
magic. I don't want anyone involved in treating me to believe in magic.
Lets put it this way :existing medical training and research is not an
alternative to evolution.
