You need to know the symbols along with correct formula of copper
sulfate then look up the electrochemical series from a handbook or in
your chemistry text to predict the reaction products in the above word
equations. Find out whether the given metal is above or below hydrogen
in the series for example you will notice that copper is below
hydrogen and iron is above it. What is the significance of
electrochemical series?
