That's a long shot as Sienko/Plane book is a rather old one, but it
describes photochemical smog as NO2 + vis -> NO + O, O2 + O -> O3. Next
possible phase is O3 + NO -> NO2 + O2.
Probably some googling will help but I am too lazy at the moment to change
task ;)
