Help with Visualization softwares

Hello...
 I need references or tutorials on how to write/generate the following
file format:
 XYZ,PDB, and dx/.net
  for those who have used visualization softwares such as
XCrysDen/Rasmol/Xmol y'know xyz and pdb format r the used ones dx and
net are for OpenDX www.opendx.org....
 if any has got any references please do share.... thanx.
