Isocyanates are tremendously reactive toward proteins. They are
acutely and chronically toxic by all routes of exposure. Bhopal was
methyl isocyanate. Crosslinking isocyanates in resins are nastier.
Allergic reactions by autoimmune response to altered proteins
(especially lungs) are common.

Industrial hygiene is required. Presence in a contaminated area
demands impermeable over-clothing cleaned after shift and a forced air
breathing mask. Do not expose skin to the vapor or mist, much less
breathe it in. Showering immediately after shift is a good idea.
Cartridge gas masks are only as good as the cartridges - which get
exhausted.

Absolutely keep it off you. No biggie.
