Seaching a book on reaction rate theory

Dear masters
I am looking for a good book on mathematical method to calculate
chemical reaction rates. I know the basics, but I am interested in a
good description of Grote-Hynes and similar methods.
I have a copy of the review article by Hanggi,Talkner and Borkovec
Rev. Mod. Phys 62,251(1990). Is this article still more or less up to
date?
