You betcha. I'm in Oregon and I found a place in my yellow pages that
allows walk in business. Granted most chemical retailers don't, but you
just gotta look up chemicals in the yellow pages and make a few calls.

Also if you can't find a store that will sell you chemicals in person
then try mail order outfits, suchas elementalscientific.net or
http://www.hometrainingtools.com/. Both places sell chemicals to
individuals, the former having the greater selection.
