If you can acquire some reverse phase media to pour your column, you
can use the gentle pH buffer (one of Good's buffers) of your choice,
and do a gradient from aqueous to organic. The main issue in this case
is cost for the media. And the solvent of choice is often acetonitrile,
which also isn't cheap in chromatography grade. Look up if someone's
done it before before you spend money.
