I am disturbed by a study that showed ~20% of the people in my state (and
probably the country) are functionally illiterate.
When it comes to technical literacy, I'm sure the number is considerably
larger. Unfortunately all of these people vote. Maybe someone can refer
this guy to a simple chemistry text.
